John was quick to respond to our email to schedule an appointment and look at used cars. He actually suggested a car that was less than what we were willing to pay- because he knew what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing this vehicle and it was perfect for our use, which was a third car for our family and occasional use.
The Dodge dealership was polite and quick in all of our dealings; we put money down on the same day we looked at the vehicle. They allowed us to take the used car to an independent mechanic for a used car check. They connected us with the prior owner. They fascilitated sending their windshield repairperson to our home, to fix a chip in the windshield. And finally, they put some gas in the tank so we wouldn't have to fill it up right away.
