We brought our van ('VanGo') in to have the 'clear bra' applied to it. They were timely and again very helpful. Since we only had 'VanGo' for 1 week we had some questions about acceleration and a few other things. The service man (don't remember his name) was super helpful and very knowledgeable. So far a great team to work with.
We actually bought 'VanGo' on a referral from our daughter and her husband as they bought their van just 6 weeks prior from Waconia and Chris the salesman. My daughter's Boxer dog and just jumped up on the driver's door and made a small scratch on the door. She asked the same service man about buffing it out or if it could be fixed. He came back out with some wax and a cloth and did some 'magic' and helped it disappear. After that all it needed was car wash.
It has become very apparent that Waconia Dodge is BIG on Customer Service which is exactly what the customer wants to see.
