I have always been very satisfied with the service at Waconia Dodge. I have had some very poor service at 2 other Dodge dealership. So I was very pleased when someone recommended Waconia Dodge to me. Steve and the rest of the guys there are great.

I actually purchased this vehicle from Waconia Dodge. Asked them to take care of a couple of minor issues I has with the vehicle, namely a cracked Mirror housing on the Drivers side. They ordered the part and had it installed before I could get there to purchase the vehicle. I found their sales staff very pleasant to deal with and eager to satisfy my requests. They were also very helpful in obtaining financing at a very comparable rate and while I didn't end up using their financing, I was able to use it as a negotiating chip with my financial institution to lower the rate I was originally quoted. I was very pleased with my overall experience and would definitely return to Waconia Dodge for my next vehicle purchase.

John was quick to respond to our email to schedule an appointment and look at used cars. He actually suggested a car that was less than what we were willing to pay- because he knew what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing this vehicle and it was perfect for our use, which was a third car for our family and occasional use. The Dodge dealership was polite and quick in all of our dealings; we put money down on the same day we looked at the vehicle. They allowed us to take the used car to an independent mechanic for a used car check. They connected us with the prior owner. They fascilitated sending their windshield repairperson to our home, to fix a chip in the windshield. And finally, they put some gas in the tank so we wouldn't have to fill it up right away. We just purchased a Town & Country van ('VanGo' is it's official name now) on 6/9/12. We met with Chris the salesman on Friday the 8th. Our daughter and husband purchased a TC Van from him just 6 weeks prior. Chris was very knowledgable about the van and the Chrysler product line. He was very easy to work with. One thing my husband hates is pressure or a pushy salesman, which Chris wasn't. If he had been we would have walked out of the showroom and never to be seen again. But, that didn't happen. After 3 hours of talking and taking 2 short drives in the van we started negotiations. Again, the process was very stress-free. We made some suggestions about price which they were receptive too. Fortunately, we were able to come to agreement on a final cost and delivery time. We met with finance and that went very well too. I would highly recommend Waconia Dodge and specifically, Chris for a salesman. He was very geniune and very nice to work with. He did his job without put us the customer in a stressful position. We brought our van ('VanGo') in to have the 'clear bra' applied to it. They were timely and again very helpful. Since we only had 'VanGo' for 1 week we had some questions about acceleration and a few other things. The service man (don't remember his name) was super helpful and very knowledgeable. So far a great team to work with. We actually bought 'VanGo' on a referral from our daughter and her husband as they bought their van just 6 weeks prior from Waconia and Chris the salesman. My daughter's Boxer dog and just jumped up on the driver's door and made a small scratch on the door. She asked the same service man about buffing it out or if it could be fixed. He came back out with some wax and a cloth and did some 'magic' and helped it disappear. After that all it needed was car wash. I have been very pleased with my purchase of the 2006 Ford Fusion from Waconia Dodge. They were able to fix the heated seat in 2 days and it has worked great. The car is in great condition and very reliable. It was a quick process to buy the car, I signed all the paper work and got the keys in less than a half and hour! And I was pleased to find out they were able to provide the new license plate tags and send them to my house. That was one less thing I needed to do for the car! Overall its been a great purchase and I look forward to many years of driving this car.

I Don't know much about Waconia Dodge, But my sales man Mike Wille kept his word on every thing. That goes a long way with me. A hand shake and a mans word of promise goes a long way . Bill in Finance was very nice to work with. He does a great job of up selling. he gets a Gold Star.
