I’ve been in the computer/IT service industry for over 30 years now and every so often we run into very difficult problem to diagnose. While the automotive and computer industries are quite different; diagnosing, trouble shooting and root cause analysis skills cross all the services industries. That said, I wanted to call out some outstanding service that Waconia Dodge service team provided for me this past month. My 2005 300c was making a “groaning/rubbing” sound after the car was warmed up and under a drive load condition. Steve and Eric did an outstanding job of sticking with this very difficult problem to diagnose; they stuck with it and after the better part of a week were able to find the root cause and get fixed. I commend them for sticking with it and getting the problem diagnose and fixed in time for me daughter to take to the car to watch the Gophers lose to the Baggers in Wisconsin. Too bad they can’t fix a football game… Many thanks Steve and Eric and the service technicians; outstanding work! Peter Regan Chaska Minnesota
