I had the usual good experience for a routine oil and filter change. A noise which I suspected to be low power steering fluid was confirmed by Steve. He had them refill the reservoir and then gave me the unused portion for future use. I can't beat that for good service.

On very short notice, service dept was able to work in my son's caravan to try an determine the cause of a noise which changed with the RPM of the engine and road speed. He was visiting here from South Dakota. The only possible cause was determined to be a wheel cover. The vehicle was road tested, raised on the hoist, wheels checked, brakes checked etc. Such as it is trying to solve this type of problem.
